Chocolate Waffles anyone?

Dh want waffles for breakfast today, but not the "regular" kind. I thought well if I can make cookies out of boxed cake mix why not waffles:

1 Box Gerrman Chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup veggie oil
1 egg
1/2 cup water
Mix well and use as you would regular waffle mix.
I spray my waffle iron with cooking spray before each waffle
I topped them with vanilla ice cream, whipped topping, and chocolate sauce
Makes 4 large waffles
