Taco holder

Ok, I sent this last evening, but the electricity went out or who knows what happened, but! I made a taco holder yesterday and it turned out kinda ok. It is awfully heavy and I had to improvise a lot so I was wondering if any of you might have some ideas on how to construct one. I am not really satisfied with it, so help please.
