help rooting

I'm new to trying to root hibiscus. I haven't a clue what the secret is but I sure could use some help. Mine are all inside and blooming for the winter. the are under grow lights doing ok.

I have found that some of the hybrids need the more tender growth to root where it just starts to harden, however the best time for rooting is in the late spring & Summer for me. Hope this helps.
