Loss of limbs from a healthy Pandanus Utilus

I have two beautiful Utilus plants in my yard. One of these has begun to drop whole branches at a time. There are some other branches that are just lossing single branches. The other has shown no signs of this happening. Is there material on these trees and if so where can I find them.
