Good morning,I'm a newbie with mums.I planted a few in the flower bed that were given to me.They had bloomed and I cut the dead ones off,planted them and the plants started budding again, then some of the buds turned black and got soft.I did have a few that bloomed, the ones that opened are on the bottom or inside the plant.
I live in zone 8 we have had highs during the day in the 80's and night lows in the 30's, could it be the weather doing it.
Do they bloom best in cool temps??
