Hi! I recently bought Gordon Rowley's book, Succulent Compositae, used at Amazon Marketplace. I love it! But now I seem to have contracted an illness in which I must find and purchase a small Othonna euphorbioides for a reasonable price or else I will die.
Does anyone have a suggestion for a mail-order or Southern California source for this plant? I am interested only in small starter plants ($5 to $25), not finished specimens ($35-$500+).

Reasonable source for Othonna euphorbioides?
Hmm, answering myself again... I did find a current auction from Jen and Darryl at Corona Cactus Nursery on eBay. It's a bit more than I want to pay, but at least we have a ballpark, plus I know Jen and Darryl and might just travel out there and buy a few flats rather than the shipping and extra overhead for a single plant. I'm kinda over my eBay plants phase. Other folks currently have the bidding around $18.

I know the feeling! My back porch is a prime example of all of the plants I HAD TO HAVE or die, (at least that's what the hubby thinks)....LOL
I haven't seen any of the euphorbiodes specifically but Arid Lands has several other types of othonna's if you can't find what you are looking for or if the auction for the euphorbiodes x cremnifolia falls through... Good luck!

PurePlants: Oh yes, I have received many orders from Arid Lands. Good suggestion... though I'm not sure they've ever offered it.
