Does anyone grow these?..and......does anyone dehydrate them without a dehydrator? I don't have a dehydrator, but I do have a little toaster oven.
Sage...mint....catnip.....chives
I grow all, but I only dehydrate my mint and sage. I just let them dry in paper bags on a sunny place.

I dry mint and catnip. The mint for me and the 'nip for the cats. The chives overwinter in ground here.
I dry other herbs also. I have a gas range with pilots lights so the oven is always warm and dry. I place the leaves, one layer thick on cookie sheets in the dark oven for a few days. A bonus is the color of the herbs won't fade when dried in the dark.
I have heard of others that will dry them in the trunk of a car in the summer time. There are many ways to dry herbs. Just make sure they are thoroughly dry before storing.
