Thanks, those little black beetles were on all the thistle flowers around there.
From the first moment I saw this photo I was so intrigued. I just loved it so much.
Thanks Kell, its one of the less common thistles round here, I only know of the one location that I've seen it growing at. Its mostly Spear Thistle, Creeping thistle and Welted thistle that are commonly found in the area.
I sure love your thistle! LOL.
