Evening all!
For my birthday, my husband got me a 7" Haipad M701R tablet. For the most part, I've liked how the thing works (even though it did not save progress on Angry Birds!). A few weeks ago, the screen went all white, and we couldn't figure out why. We sent it to the repair place (had purchased maint. plan), and they said some video plug had come undone, and they fixed it and sent it back.
Ever since it was returned, there has been an issue with accessing the Market and the internet. I sent an email to the repair guy, and he suggested a different browser, and to update the firmware. He didn't, however, explain how to do this.
I have Googled, searched the site where the tablet was purchased, etc. on how to do this. However, everyone seems to do this differently, and any explanations that are given are a foreign language to me.
Can anyone explain how to do this? Or at least, point me in the right direction?
