If you watch the international news, Thailand (mostly central region, 28 provinces) now have facing huge 'FLOOD', which I never seen this before in my life... such a sad story to see victims living on the roof or support center. Some fight for food and some fight to destroy the 'water wall-sand bags', because they think this is to be 'FAIR'.
Bangkok is now waiting, next 2-3 days we gonna hit by 3 big volume of waters, a. heavy rain storm, b. water from northern of BKK, and c. sea water from gulf of Thailand, at the high level will push into our main river and coast.

Hi iamstar you should be all right at Suan Pheung, its fairly high up. We have a small property at Baan Dao Kiang Duan resort by the Chat Pa Wai Reservoir and think it should be safe.
I will keep you in my thoughts & prayers. I hope everyone stays safe and the flood waters recede quickly for you all.
