Any one know what Bushy Blue is aka?

I saw "Bushy Blue" at Calloways . It is a non vining and had tons of stems. I was about to buy it but then saw it is zone 4 -7. I didn't see it on COTW, so wondering if it goes by another name.

I've never heard of it but let's hope someone else knows it.

I remembered that it was offered by Monrovia and is called Bushy Blue Bell Clematis (Clematis integrifolia 'Caerulea') Still would love to know if it grows in a hot climate...after this Texas summer, no more pushing zones without some reports.

I have it and love it, but we have cold winters - so no help there. Monrovia rates it at zone 3-7.
