Those are gorgeous Redrock! Iris are my favorite and to see them bloom at times other than May is awesome!

Nashville, TN(Zone 7a)

I rarely get Fall blooms..... and if I do, they are so late they usually freeze.

But Royal Maroon, mdb, is blooming today:

Love that Royal Maroon! I've added quite a few of the little ones over the past couple of years. Seeing a bloom in October is awesome.....but I know what is just around the corner. I believe we are to have over night temps of 20-30 a couple of nights this next week. And then back to the 70's and 80's for daytime......

I like the color of your Royal Maroon. I have very few MDB iris. Is there many rebloomers in MDB iris? Very few varieties of TB will rebloom here in Kansas. Had two more yesterday though.

Autumn Circus I think but not sure

I really don't know much about the MDB's. A trading partner decided I nneded to try some, so she sent me a few. This is the first time for it to bloom for me at all, but Royal Maroon is listed as a rebloomer.

Bloom early May here, probably earlier for you. Some of them are from smaller SDB breeding & some from species. It depends on the cultivar. Are yours named?

I have Lively Rose, Royal Maroon, and Spot of Tea.

This year i added Keystone Oracle, Icon, and Black Stallion

South Hamilton, MA

Keystone Oracle is a pumila, Icon & the 3 on the top are 40ch SDB background.

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

Baby Blessed is budded here. With colder nights it probably wont fully open for a week.
