Has anyone tried mosquito dunks in their "trays"? I have some large containers with water and am wondering if I can use the dunks without adding dissolved materials to the water?

Absolutely and they work GREAT! I use them in my trays. Remember to follow the label directions. I use one half of one in my 20 gallon rainwater can and 1/4 of one in my 5 gallon pales and 1/4 in my indoor watering can.
