I ran across some 1 gallon pots of the new Double Scoop Raspberry echs. They blooms looked great. Large..multiple heads off the single stems. The color was very nice. But all but a few had the single stem growth with no basal growth. suppose they are doomed to not make it through the winter (in my area). Anyone else see these out there yet?

Not yet. I won't buy any though. I'm only buying seeds from now on. I don't like the double blooms as much anyways. My next buy is Cheyenne Spirit...in a seed packet.
Nevermore, Do you have a picture of your Raspberry echs?
I just picked up one up today at 50% off. I got the one that had decent basal growth (4 points).. though the blooms on it have mite damage, so i will be cutting them off.
The color is very nice though, like cranberries.

yup... it's for the other plants that i didn't buy that had non-mite damaged flowers.. that's pretty true to color too.
