Help with 'MOM.Implementation

I keep getting this:

could not load file or assembly 'MOM.Implementation, Version=2.3343.28196, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=90ba9c70f846762e' or one of its dependencies

when I boot up my PC.
This is my infor.

OS Version: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium , Service Pack 1, 64 bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz, Intel64 Family 6 Model 26 Stepping 4
Processor Count: 8
RAM: 6135 Mb
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series, 512 Mb
Hard Drives: C: Total - 595047 MB, Free - 327756 MB; D: Total - 15359 MB, Free - 7299 MB;
Motherboard: Dell Inc., 0R849J, A01, ..CN7360493P01HC.
Antivirus: McAfee Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware, Updated and Enabled

Anyone know how to fix this? I been trying for weeks with know luck.
