No Bloom on Maple Leaf Hydrangea

I posted on the wrong forum, so now I'm in the right place, I think. I have had this maple leaf hydrangea for two years. It is about 1-1/2 ft. tall and has beautiful foliage, but no bloom. What do I need to do to get this thing going? Could someone send me some plant care instructions? Thanks!!
