Dinner for us this week is up in the air. I had a weekly menu all lined out, then realized that no one is home any night this week: one is officiating football games, one has after-school activities that last until 7, and one has 4 night classes. And I don't cook a huge meal for just me, especially not food that doesn't hold well. So much for my plans and menu.

What is everyone else eating these days?
