We just moved to the country and I'm trying to find a companion for my little cattle dog-mix, Haylee. She's under 50 pounds and with all the wildlife, I'd be more comfortable if Haylee had a 'big brother' to hang out with. It definately needs to be a large, short haired dog. I recently came across information on the belgian shepard, sometimes called the Belgian Malinois but I've never met one, so I'm not sure about the temperment except for what I've read. I'd be interested if anyone has or knows one: Would you recommend getting one and what do you like or dislike?
