Sago Palm Suddenly browning, Can someone help me

I have had this plant since it was a pup and it has been a happy healthy plant til now...I don't know what's wrong or how to fix it...can someone help please

I'm leaning towards this vs. other sago problems because the leaf symptoms match better. They are yellowing & defoliating from the center outward, rather than out to inside. Could still be wrong though.

Do you water it from overhead?

Have you inspected for bugs?

Have you mulched recently and perhaps gotten the mulch too high up towards the crown? This also happened to mine once when it had some overhanging tree branches that I cut back and it got sun burned from the sudden exposure.

i never water from overhead, didn't find any bugs, no change in soil level and from reading an article from Emily Compost I believe it is Frizzle top to be treated with manganese sulfate, thanks for all the help everyone...I will save this plant or die trying.....
