WANTED Asclepias syriaca

Palm Bay, FL(Zone 9b)

Looking for milkweed seeds. Have plumeria and datura (angel trumpet )seeds to trade.

Southeastern, NH(Zone 5b)

Not sure if you know a lot about A. syriaca.. That species sends out underground runners and sends up new plants all over the place. I have seed pods that haven't matured yet on mine, but I usually tell people to go with Swamp Milkweed instead. There's also the orange milkweed which is well behaved. It will stay in nice clumps and not take over your yard. There are people talking about plants they regret using for butterflies here and the common milkweed is one http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/1192542/

I know that it's invasive. I have passion vine that does the same. It's growing up my screen enclosure. I'm looking for the wide leaf variety.

If no one else offers you some I'll have plenty once the seeds ripen all the way. I am a bit behind you on blooms up here. :)

Thanks Meredith. I appreciate the offer.
