I went through the Menopause 5 years ago, aged 45.I had no problems whatsoever.Just recently I have had really bad 'hot flushes' which just come from nowhere....this is happening particularly at night.I know that hot flushes are a symptom of the menopause, but can this be related 5 years on ? Are there any other possible causes?
