This year a favourite garden centre sold Hebe "Strawberries and Cream" as an annual. For fun I planted it in a container, knowing that it would only last the season here in zone 5B. My plant looks healthy but it's all foliage and doesn't even look close to blooming. Has anyone else ever tried this?
Thanks, Buttercup

You can try overwintering the container inside. I don't grow hebe, but I grow gardenias and tropical hibiscus in pots and overwinter them inside.
