This is a pretty flower but it is not for zone 5, but thought someone might like it

Heronswood has it for about 8 dollars less. White Flower Farm is too high on everything!

It's pretty, but I'm not buying anymore plants. I'm sold on the seed varieties. I hope I can get some Cheyenne Spirit seeds to winter sow! Seed plants are taking over. It's going to save us so much money and headache!

I never did know much about flower's or plants, or herbs or spices, so what is cheyenne spirit? I've heard of Cheyenne before but not the Spirit. I agree seeds are the way to go, because to me the price of flower's are to expenisive.
Sorry I can't help you on the seeds you want.

Cheyenne Spirit is a new seed variety of Echinacea with different mixed colors on compact plants. I can't wait to grow them.

echinaceamanic, like your Cheyenne Spirit, I found out that the flower I like will grow in my Zone after all. I think I will order it the first thing in the morning.

Awesome. I hope it grows great for you. The redder colors usually grow well. Those were bred to survive winter up north. I read an article about them. It's a series. There are other colors too. Double Scoop comes in three colors.
