This specimen is near my office in Salt Lake City (zone 6a, 4200 ft), so I don't know what it is.
The accompanying image shows the variegated leaves near the edge of the larger, non-variegated specimen, shown in the link below:

Don't know if that's two different specimens or if the variegated one is a natural sport of the other.

Looks like lysimachia punctata Alexander to me.
