Have to scroll to the right. Help

Thank you for removing the white space on the left, but now I have to scroll over to read the right side of the page. Help on fixing this please. This happened after the navigation tweak was put back ,the way it used to be.

Terry, the text doesn't go off the monitor. I just have to scroll to the right to read it all. Didn't have the problem before.
Got an Dmail from Pirl, she had me make the font smaller. Still have to scroll to the right.
How would I adjust the monitor settings?
