CLOSED: HAVE Many Wintersweet Shrub seedsFREE!

Baltimore, MD(Zone 7a)

MY W.S. Shrub (Chimonanthus Praecox) is, once again full of seed pods that need to be picked.
This will mean hundreds and hundreds of more seeds to add to the
hundreds I already have.

These seeds are large--like a plump Sunflower seed.
Will include germination instructions.
May take 5 or more years for it to reach blooming size.
Blooms in late winter on bare stems. Very fragrant!

There are plenty of pictures of this plant I have posted in PF

Please D-mail me if interested. Picture--shrub in full bloom last March.

I opened this Thread up again as I sure hope many more DG'er would want some of these.

Please D-mail me if you are interested....

Here is a 2gal. bucket-full of the seed pods just from this year.

I cut it back by a good third--as I do not wish to teeter on a folding ladder to
pick off the pods. Too old! Might lose my balance and fall.
SO! Out came the loppers.....

I expect that next year there will be sparse bloom--but that's OK with me.
