Nothing to do with gardening, but a quick question.......

Just wondering if anyone out there has used Sears for new windows and doors. We have a quote that we like, and a sale this weekend on Weatherbeater windows. But......for some reason they have no showroom to go and look at windows and doors. He had a window with him when he came out to look, but that's it. Just wondering if anyone in Canada has experience with Sears and their work of this type, and any warranty issues?

No I haven't but my Mom had carpet from sears and they were really good? Don't think that would help you but at least Sears can stand behind the install and the warranty.
let us know how your fare! Why don't you google that issue and see what folks have to say?

Thanks Ann. Yes, we have googled and it is really hard to come up with any solid eveidence or facts. But we continue on our quest!! One of our main issues is getting reliable info on the ratings of the windows, and also warranty info. What the salesman says and what the warranty says are two different things!

I would believe what the "in writing" info and not the "by mouth" stuff.
