Where to find Hobbit miniatures?

I would like to make a mini garden for my boys. They'd really like a hobbit/Middle Earth shire theme. Does anyone know where I can get hobbit figurines?

I know this is late but Games Workshops has 28mm scale miniatures of the Lord of The Rings stuff.
