Beautiful in bloom! But I don't know its name

My friend shared her cannas with me but doesn't have any idea what type.
They're starting to bloom for me, so I'd really like to know. I think they're gorgeous!

It is very attractive.. maybe Cattleya? Or maybe Yellow King Humbert?

Here are some pics of Cattleya from Plant Files: http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/23193/

Thank you, Tabasco! I'm leaning more toward King Humbert.

Much appreciated.

Yes, I think Y. King Humbert is much more available in the trade. Here's one supplier:

In some of the other suppliers' online pics of Yellow King Humbert there is much more yellow and less orange...

I really don't think it is Yellow King Humbert unless the names are different in the USA compared to Australia....check out Raylene's site and let me know what you think???? To me it looks like Roma

Canna Roma

Well, comparing your two pics it certainly looks like Canna Roma rather than C. YKH, but I do think some of the other online pics of YKH look like Cajun's to a certain degree.

I have grown a number of Cannas including YKH (which I can't remember exactly how it looked!?!) but I'm far from an authority so can just make a 'best guess'.

There are so many varieties out there now that are similar that it's hard to tell just from the monitors.
