I have used Picasa for 4 years.Photo editing software.
I have encountered a constant error message no matter what I do,uninstall,install,restart the computer,remove old files from Picasa.
Nothing works.
Has anyone had this error message?"file error occurred while importing files cancelling import"
I have no idea as to what to do.
Picasa help has not returned my message.The online help suggeste uninstall and reinstall. Done thet 3 times no change.
I have grown dependant on this program.
