While taking out my Mandevillas from the greenhouse, I noticed these white patches that look like foam and are a bit sticky. I cleaned all traces of these spots with a q-tip dipped in alcohol but they were back in 2 days. Can someone tell me what this is and how to get rid of it. Thank you.

Do these white patches conceal insect eggs
Kind of looks like mealy bugs. Blast with water is your first line of defense. Then and insecticidal soap or neem oil. I'm sure there are a host of other homemade bug solutions you could look up and try if you dont want to buy something.
