growing plants/herbs in Emissana Ghana

I am moving to Emissana Ghana which is in the central part on the gulf of Guinea a few feets from the Atlantic ocean close to the city of Ca[a Coast, I am moving from Pittsburgh Pa ,usa . I am having a hard time finding out about how and what can be growed any help would be great.

You're a bit closer to the equator but fairly similar climatically to here. But you definitely won't be growing anything that you're used to. It depends also on what you want to grow. Are you interested in vegetables, herbs, flowers generally, orchids, etc.?
