There are a number of popular pink single peonies, including Westerner or Seashell. Early vs late in the season, closeup of the leaf, shape of the bush and such would help someone with more expertise than I have to make an ID. Then there may be some regional preferences to guide you also. What the Canadian peony catalogs say might be of use to you as well.
