Suggestions for a few NOIDs please

Suggestions for a few NOIDs please
I know it's not easy to ID lost names but if anyone has suggestions I can look at old records and see if they match anything I have bought. If not then they stay noids. I have other noids that are less identifiable but I will not try them.

Sorry, but F 24 is not Margharee, mine is more ruffled and blooming now.

EO1 looks like Blue Shimmer. Does yours have PBF and is it quite tall?

C08 could be Emma Cook???

I was toold emma cook at one time but hadn't seen any pics to compare to check it.
