I bought some Belle Flowers last year, and they came as plugs, This year they are still pretty small, some have just a little bit of flowers on them. Does anyone know if they will get bigger next year?

Belle flowers? Is that Campanula? If they came as plugs that means they had cut the roots, so it will take some time to become established
Yes, the Belle flowers are Campanula, I hope I live long enough to see them get established. I will never buy flower's through the mail anymore. As a matter of fact I think I have enough flower's.
Just an FYI they grow great from seed. I grew them last year from seed and they bloomed late. This year they are about 2 1/2 ft tall (or taller) and ready to bloom.
