Had 2 1950's dining chairs ,removed the seats, cut plywood to fit between the 2 chairs. Screwed 1x2's on each side of plywood, used sponge, batting and material for seat. stappled all to 1x2's...at garage sale found material for $1 and head board for $5 screwed all together.
