Can you access www.whirlpool.net.au?

I can no longer access www.whirlpool.net.au (Not .com.au) I just get an error message saying 'The requested resource could not be found.'

Can other people copy that url and tell me if they can access it, and say what ISP they're with, eg

No, the entire domain whirlpool.net.au is inaccessible from my PC. Have relayed the problem to the ISP.

It's not simply a cookies issue by any chance cestrum?

Nothing that simple, alas. The helpdesk person and I have gone thru all the regular fixes including pinging the website, and the results are baffling.
