Deleted wrong cookies!

In an effort to speed up my computer, I deleted lots of old cookies, but must have accidentally deleted the ones that keep me signed in to DG and Cubits! I have to sign in every time now, though my username and password do appear, I still have to hit 'enter'.
Anyone know how to get them back? Should I ask admin?
