I bought this fern several years ago, and then the squirrels stole my plant label! I also have a good picture of the back of the frond showing the spore cases, if that helps.

Overall, would ID it as a wood fern (Dryopteris genus) - looking at 2nd pick of the sori (spore containing) look up Dryopteris fragrans (fragrant wood fern). R
