How do I get "hyperlink info" bar back on screen?

Howdy folks,

I'm sure that is not the name of it but whatever it's called mine is gone. It is not the task bar, nor menu bar. It used to be at the bottom of the screen above the task bar and when you place your cursor over a hyperlink it would show the destination of the hyperlink. This was very helpful in knowing where you were going before clicking the hyperlink.

Anyone know how to get it back? And why is it gone?

Using Win2K and Firefox.
