I'm trying to identify my plants that made it through the winter and my new puppy running off with the tags. Please let me know if you think I've identified them incorrectly. I would appreciate your help.

springcolor & pirl, Thanks for your help. I have more to identify as soon as I can figure them out. I can't believe how much Rosie (my dog) loves chewing on the tags. She even moves them around and drops them by different plants.

You have 'Stoplight and 'Autumn Leaves' correct.
'Stormy Seas', I thought was a bit gray. It might be just the spring growth and will turn darker later.
'Guardian Angel', 'Cherries Jubilee', 'Raspberry Regal' I have not seen only pictures so will leave that out to the others.
However my book says: 'Cherries Jubilee' should have light red blooms and warm brown foliage. 'Raspberry Regal' will have greeny red blooms on 12 inch stems.
No info on 'Guardian Angel'
