IE 9 nag help

Is there any way to stop the almost daily notifications from windows to install IE9? Down on my taskbar the updates icon stays there-which is OK- I want to get the updates, but every time I open it, IE9 is there as an important update! I have downloaded it once then got rid of it for several reasons. I keep checking no, but it keeps showing up. Seems like in the past there was an option not to ask again- not now!
