Came across this one in Burro Creek ACEC Arizona which is unique in that it is a transition zone between Mojave and Sonoran Deserts with many species of both deserts living side by side, plants included of course. I thought this might be a Mojave Rattler with distinctly brown coloration due to his environment.
Can anyone ID this snake?
Definetly, a rattlesnake. Desert + snake = rattlesnake! (Just kidding.)
