This was found a couple of days ago. There are 2 leaves on 2 separate plants about 5' apart.
Is it sick or just showing off? It's really neat.

An albino leaf. Sick in a way, more accurately a genetic disorder.

No - since it is white, it has no chlorophyll, so cannot photosynthesize. To live, it needs the green leaves on the same plant to provide it with food.
