Two year old J-maple,help

I bought a Japanese Maple two years ago.I thought I had lost it. I moved it to the back of an old garden spot, and forgot about it. I bought a new one to put in the place of the first one.[Its doing great My first one came back and is now about 6 ft. My question is, can I move it to a better spot? We are now afraid its too big to move.
Any advice would be apprexiated.

you can move it again it you want - although i would do this in the early spring before it leafs out.
