Hi to all, hope you can help. I had potted dahlia last year and sunk pot and all into the soil. In the fall, I pulled up the pots,let them dry ,then put them in cold storage. I am now checking for any rot and have found some with bumps instead of the smooth texture that is normal. Can anyone tell me what has happened?
