Is this Poison ivy

I am attaching 1 photos these are in pot tons more in grass.

Hard to tell. The color is wrong, should be reddish when new. Leaf looks rough, poison ivy is. smooth. Look for hairs on the older stems. Try for a close-up with just a leaf on a white background.

It's hard to tell wheat it is from the photo, but look at the link above. PI has a 3 leaflet shiny leaf. When you pull poison ivy from the ground, the woody stem has tiny hairy woody roots all over.

Sent photos to poison ivy specialist he said it's BAD sob.. I am trying to rid back yard and perhaps next year he can come up here on good will visit and advertise for him lol. Just it is bad cause of family member allergies to it.

Do you have a better photo? From what I can tell these do not look like PI. If it is, suit up with long sleeves, pants and thick socks, as well as solid gardening gloves (and I use latex gloves under those), a big trash bag and go out after a good rain. Mechanical removal is your best bet. Check and see if you or a neighbor have a hairy vine going up a tree. If it is PI, you must have a vine nearby that is fruiting! The good news, the vines come up pretty easy.

Also consider getting some Tecnu wash to wash yourself with and put your clothes directly into the washer. Don't forget your shoes too. I've become an expert, unfortunately. If that fails, get a tube of the expensive scrub that you will find near the Tecnu wash. Zanfel or a similar store brand will stop, I mean stop dead, an erupting case of PI. I keep a full tube on hand at all times.
