I was given an Amarillis for my birthday. It is in a very small pot. I want to plant it in a larger pot. What size do I need and do I bring it in side in the winter? I need to get it replanted asap. I am afraid it will bust the pretty ceramic watering pot that it is in. Thanks

Amaryllis do like to be some what root bound...can you post a pic so we can see if it truly needs bumping up in container size? Thanks
I know that when I've had to get an amaryllis out of a too small pot, I've been able to take it out, clean off the roots and leave it in a dry location until I figure out what I want to do to it.
