When the weather was cold or rainy (or both) my grandma used to always say, "Nice weather...for ducks."
I guess she was right--the ducks don't seem to mind it. This guy (and his mate) were in my front yard this morning eating spilled birdseed under the feeder. They don't seem to mind the gloom.
Yep my granny used to have the same saying.

I bet we're just not going to have a spring. We're going to go straight from crappy cold weather to summer heat. *sigh*
I don't know what is worse though. Freeze them out then burn them up or give it to them gradually.......
