Very nice, quite a lot of plants in that little pot. I have some trouble growing that species, what is your secret?

No secret at all. That pot is all long fibered Sphagnum moss. I keep about 3/4" of water in it at all times. It's about 5 inches under a florescent light. My other Adelae are in natural light in windows (a LITTLE Sun in late afternoon) and most are in a 50/50 mix of Peat and Perlite. I find these VERY easy to grow. I just re-pot one that had several plants growing at the BOTTOM of the pot in water.
